About

Hi! I’m originally from Fayetteville, Arkansas.
I am currently the lead technician at Santa Monica College, the assistant tech at UCLA, and I hold a tuning contract at USC.
I got my bachelor’s degree studying music and German at Cornell University, and I received my Master of Fine Arts in performance/composition (specializing in piano) from the California Institute of the Arts.
I was the recipient of a Fulbright Research grant from 2021–2022 in Taiwan. I am an apprentice of Alan Eder (Registered Piano Technician), who has been the piano tech at the Herb Alpert School of Music at CalArts for the past 40 years.
